What We’re Doing This Summer

• The first major RISE project is replacing the sanctuary and gym roofs, along with other areas of deterioration identified during recent inspections.
• These projects will utilize the majority of the funds currently available.
• Work is expected to begin July 15.
• Work crews will generally be on site weekdays from 7:00 am–4:00 pm.
• The biggest impact at the start of the project will be in the north parking loop, where contractor vehicles, equipment, and work crews will be staged.
• We are continuing to work with our contractors to understand any additional impacts to building access in our next July update.

Other Progress

• Security camera upgrades are moving forward as part of the original RISE initiative.
• We are continuing to make smaller improvements around campus as opportunities arise.

What’s Next

• We still have approximately $1.3M in remaining pledge commitments that will be received over the next couple of years.
• Because of the commitment to have no debt, as your generosity continues and those funds are received, we will evaluate and prioritize future projects.
